How long is delivery?
Please allow 20 - 40 days for your order to arrive. We source products from all over the world to bring you epic offers and the lowest prices. This means sometimes you have to wait a little longer to get your order but it's always worth it!
What if my order has not arrived within the aforementioned time frame?
If order isn't received after 6 weeks, please contact our friendly team at support@simmostore.com and we will investigate the cause of delay promptly.
Will all my items arrive together?
It is common for ordered items to arrive separately. We source products from all over the world from a range of local & international supplier.
What if my item is faulty?
You get a full 30 days to return your item. If its broken on arrival or during the 30 day period, simply send it back to us and we'll cheerfully refund you every cent.
Returns are easy, simply contact us at support@smartpetshop.com for a returns number and send your item to our returns centre for fast processing. We'll get you a replacement or refund in a snap.
What is the refund process?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
